If Birmingham is anything to go by, you have 4 weeks to sell out a Ni Maxine show near you!
On Wednesday 28th January 2026, I played a headline show at Hare & Hounds as part of Independent Venue Week, presented by Variations, brainchild of the powerhouse Toni Grehan who is making moves as a promoter and cultural programmer in the Birmingham scene. Every time I play in Birmingham, it gets better and better and this was definitely a night I will remember in years to come.

Over 250 people were in the room with us, and it was a beautiful crowd who sang with us for a number of very special moments throughout the show. Joining me on stage were 'UK Jazz' heavyweights Luke Bacchus, Daniel Casimir and Nate Ricketts, the first time we'd played together after a rehearsal in LDN the evening before the show, and they blew me (and the crowd) away.
